General Manager
Graeme has over 20 years experience in the Design & Construction industry and brings with him a vast knowledge of the processes and practicalities of the industry. Graeme's expertise includes management of project requirements such as design (COT: Architectural Drafting), competitive tendering, analysis and recommendations for budget formulation, programming, site supervision, contract administration and quality assurance.
Graeme has managed projects ranging from 50sqm to 6000sqm and priced between $5K to $10 million. Before Kascor, Graeme managed the design & construction of multiple projects including Coles Supermarkets; Bakers Delight; Officeworks; Emirates Airlines (Lounges & ticket offices in Aust, NZ, NY & UK); ANZ; Commercial office fitouts including Pacific Brands, TOLL, Heinz, IOOF, to name a few.
With the growth of Kascor it was evident that the company needed an experienced builder with a commercial background within the construction industry. In October 2007, Kascor filled this position bringing on John Carta.
Senior Project Manager
John has over 20 years experience in the Construction industry and brings with him a thorough knowledge of the practicalities and management of this industry. John's expertise includes management of building requirements (licensed Commercial and Residential Builder), contract administration, production and manufacturing, estimating and quantity surveying, communication and construction advice and financial controls.
John has extensive experience in managing a broad range of multiple projects including office and shop fit-outs and refurbishments. Some of his more recent projects include various food outlets, schools, government and hotel fitouts.
